HERE'S THE TRUTH. WE DON'T LOVE POLICIES AKA RULES.
BUT THE REALITY IS, AS MUCH AS WE LOVE DOING HAIR, AT THE END OF THE DAY THIS IS OUR LIVELIHOOD. IF WE LOSE AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A CLIENT IN OUR CHAIR - OUR STYLISTS LOSE INCOME. HAVING THESE POLICIES IN PLACE PROTECT OUR TEAM & HELP VCO MAINTAIN A LOW TURNOVER, WITH HIGH QUALITY STAFF THAT FEELS VALUED AND RESPECTED.

WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING & ASK THAT YOU READ ALL OF OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING SO WE CAN BE FULLY TRANSPARENT AND AVOID ANY UNEXPECTED FEES THAT COME AS A RESULT OF A LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
we require at least 24 - 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. this allows your stylist ample time to try and accommodate another guest in their schedule.

should you cancel within the 24 - 48 hour window, cancellation fees are as follows: (cases of client illness included)
48 hours or less - 50% charge of your scheduled services
24 hours or less - 100% charge of your scheduled services
no show - 100% charge of your scheduled services
RUNNING LATE
please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the best experience possible! please give a courtesy call if you are anticipating running late & we will do our best to extend the same courtesy for you.
if you are more than 15 minutes late this may result in modifying the services we are able to offer and you will still be charged for the services scheduled. if we are unable to modify your appointment while maintaining the end goal in mind, we may respectfully ask that we reschedule and a no show charge will apply.
if we are able to move forward with your service and we are pushed beyond our scheduled time together, a late fee may apply.
DEPOSITS
all deposits & gift certificates are non refundable - this includes new client deposits, extension deposits, and bridal hair deposits. deposits are to be applied towards the intended service (ex: hair extensions, bridal services) and may be forfeited in the event of rescheduling or cancelling.
CHILDREN SAFETY
for the comfort and safety of our guests, children are only permitted in the salon while receiving a service. for safety and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you receive your service. we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. your understanding is greatly appreciated!
